Since establishment, Airsea has been devoted to raising customers' value through specialized service. In 1999 we perfected our quality assurance system to reach the standard of ISO9001 management system and were certified by ISO9001 quality system of Lloyd's Register. Guided by the quality policy of Earnest Service and More Solutions, Airsea has been focusing on customers' taste and upgrading the service quality by designing, implementing, measuring and analyzing the operation and control process. Through self-check, crosscheck and spot-check during the operation process, every consigning is guaranteed to be dealt with accurately and quickly within limited time. If there is any abnormal, measures will be taken to correct or prevent it and it will be tracked until normal again. From very detail, Airsea has been upgrading the service quality to help customers succeed. Each progress has brought customers much more convenience and satisfaction.
